Muy contentos
El personal es excelente. La comida abundante y bien preparada. Trato exquisito. No tengo nada malo que decir de este hotel. Relación calidad precio más que bueno. Ya es el segundo año que vamos y lo seguiremos haciendo

BUENA OPCIÓN
UNA BUENA OPCIÓN PARA PASAR UNOS DIAS CON LOS NIÑOS, ESO SÍ, EL BUFFET ES PEQUEÑITO Y EL COMEDOR TAMBIÉN, LO CUÁL GENERA ESPERAS, EL PERSONAL MUY AMABLE, LA ANIMACIÓN BIEN, EN DEFINITIVA LO RECOMIENDO

Family all ages
We stayed in San Eloy in September it was our third time back in the complex. There was 17 in total in our family with ages ranging from 9-78 we all had a ball. The staff are all very friendly and helpful especially Sam in the bar and Isabella on reception. The apartments were spotless, with bedding and towels changed every day. I was happy to see the addition of fans in each room this year. The animation team were amazing with the children but it lacked a seasoned entertainer this year, we really missed Barry and Jose.

San Eloy 17-27 Sept 2016
Hi This is my 3rd stay at a med playa hotel, my only real criticism was the food. This was often hit and miss, breakfast was lovely every day, lunch and dinner was ok some days and terrible on others! The pate on Saturday was the saving grace, my partner thought trhe food was ok but personally I found it bland, home made soup would have been better as we have had in other hotels and no more cold soup every lunch time The restaurant manager was miserable, never smiled and we said hello, goodbye and thank you at every meal time with no response which was plain rude! The rest of the staff from cleaners, bar staff and animation where amazing and the best thing about the stay, the girl and Sam on the bar are amazing and where happy to keep teaching us Spanish I will continue to use med playa but would probably not return to this hotel due to the food

Estancia
Es un hotel perfecto para las familias con niños. Durante los dias con muchas actividades para que los niños pasan unas vacaciones inolvidables ,el personal muy amable . Es la segunda vez que lo hemos elegido y seguro que volveremos .

Ideal para niños
Es el segundo año que vuelvo, me parece un lugar tranquilo, acogedor, las habitaciones son amplias y con todo lo necesario para poder cocinar, un incoveniente es el ruido de los grifos del baño y cisterna necesitarian modernizarlos un poco. En cuanto al personal muy amables todos, desde el personal de recepción, cocineros, camareros y como no! el equipo de animación, un 10 para ellos, son geniales, Juanito, Raquel, Claudia, Fran todos ellos hacen que pases ratos muy divertidos y los niños estan encantados con ellos. Sugeriria una mejora en el buffet de comida, es poco variada con mucho frito y guisos condimentados, estaria bien disponer de plancha al momento asi como verduras y ensaladas frescas, necesita una ampliación es el unico lugar que se satura. Yo he cogido el todo incluido y sugiero que entre horas asi como siempre hay patatas, hamburguersas, frantfurt añadan fruta y lacteos.

Relación calidadprecio adecuada. Ideal para familas con niños. Restaurante pequeño, había que hacer cola para cenar. Wifi de pago. Creo que deberían revisar esos dos últimos aspectos.
