Hotel Rio Park
Stayed here for a break mon-fri in March 2020. Really pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It was located in a great area and all main spots were within a short walking distance. There was no noise at night and the hotel was clean. The food was great. The only real criticism was the entertainment however we are a young couple so that really didn’t phase us as we went out in the evening. Overall great hotel. Would stay again and I would recommend.

Comida del montón
Si no fuese por la mala calidad de la comida, desayuno y cena hubiese sido de diez, lo único que se salva son los arroces, lamento mucho no haber podido ver cumplidos mis objetivos, ya que normalmente en esta cadena se come muy bien, esta vez no ha sido así, por lo demás, este hotel sin lugar a dudas, se salva por todo el personal, gracias a todos, por hacer de nuestra estancia , como si estuviésemos en familia, gracias.

Excellent Hotel
The newly renovated hotel is well located just outside the noisy area but close enough to walk to the beach in five minutes. The reception staff go out of their way to help and all the hotel staff are friendly. The food was excellent right down to the crispy bacon at breakfast. Having stayed in most, I would rate this hotel now the best in Benidorm.

Food not as good as before
food was cold and not as good as last year. As A hotel worker myself i think you would benefit from making sure the food is brought out to the dining area a lot hotter and also kept hotter when out. may need to turn heating element up in temperature. overall a pleasant stay.

Excelente
Nos encantó la estancia, nos atendieron estupendamente! Camas súper cómodas! Limpieza excelente! La comida muy variada y riquísima! Volveremos a repetir en próximos viajes. Gracias

Great place
Easy quick check in. Lovely room with free use of dressing gowns and slippers. Drinks in fridge on arrival. Good food and entertainment. Very clean. Lifts a bit dodgy on occasion but overall would definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel
We have stayed at Rio Park many times over the last 15 years and have never been disappointed, comfort, food , facilities and entertainment are all excellent, staff are all helpful and hotel position good,worth 5 stars ,????????????
