ESTANCIA DE UNA SEMANA. TRATO ESPECTACULAR DESDE RECEPCION HASTA SERVICIOS DE LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO. GRAN VARIEDAD Y CALIDAD EN BUFET DEL RESTAURANTE. TRATO Y SERVICIO INMEJORABLE DE LOS EMPLEADOS DE LOS BARES ENCABEZADOS POR EL JEFE D.FRANCISCO JAVIER LUCAS. AMENAZAMOS CON VOLVER MUY PRONTO. SOLO ¡¡¡GRACIAS!!!

Almost Perfect
This was our second visit to the Bali in six months. We normally stay next door at the San Fermin, but were tempted by the reasonably priced Premium Rooms booked direct with the Hotel with the guarantee of a PoolSea View and a few other extras. The room and the view didnt disappoint and we enjoyed our complimentary bubbly and fruit platter on our spacious balcony. We prefer self-catering but opted to pay the 2euro a night extra to go half-board. We thought we would just have one night in the Restaurant and eat out the rest, but the food and experience was so good we ended up eating there on all four nights. The only negatives for us were the cocktails that we used our Amigo points on as they were very disappointing - a glass of pink ice in a half pint glass, so dont waste your moneypoints on them. Other things we missed were a small mini-fridge in the Room and there was also a shortage of power points. If you bring your own hair-dryer then you may struggle to find somewhere to plug it in - so my wife says. All in all we really enjoyed our second stay in the Bali, its a well run friendly Hotel in a great location in Benalmadena Costa and we have already booked our next stay for November.

End of march holiday
We had a great stay at Bali Hotel.We were very pleased with the hotel and services overall.I recommended the hotel to some friend who booked 2 rooms for June. Thank you all for making our stay very pleasant!

Lovely family holiday
We have just returned from a weeks holiday in the hotel Bali. We had a super time. It was our second time staying there. We Went in September 15 with extended family for my mothers 60th birthday and were so pleased with the hotel we returned for the May break. The hotel was spotlessly clean, everywhere. The food was super, fresh, tasty and a good selection. The staff were lovely and friendly. Dorota in the restaurant was so pleasant and friendly, especially to our children, as were the many staff who worked so hard to keep the restaurant clean. Daniel, the customer relations guy was especially helpful and accomodating which was great as we have 3 young children, he really made us feel special. The hotel is on a hill but we managed fine, even with the buggy. We needed the exercise as we ate too much! We will return and I would recommend this hotel as it is such good value, clean and the food is great.

FALTA DE DETALLES
MUY PREOCUPADOS POR EL GASTO DE COMIDA, ESCASEZ Y FALTA DE VARIEDAD. EL ESTUDIO MUY BIEN AUNQUE HAY COSAS DETERIORADAS POR TODO EL HOTEL , LA ANIMACIÓN DE 10, Y LAS PISCINAS MUY BIEN CON FALTA DE ARREGLAR LOS BAÑOS, LA UBICACIÓN UNA CUESTA MUY GRANDE PARA ACARREAR ELEMENTOS PARA IR A LA PLAYA.

Habitualmente recibimos comentarios positivos por nuestro servicio en el restaurante, por lo que su comentario será procesado y tenido en cuenta con el fin de seguir ofreciendo un servicio de calidad a nuestros huéspedes. Efectivamente, el acceso al hotel para los peatones mas directo es una calle de pocos metros en pendiente pero tambien recomendamos a nuestros visitantes, que vuelven a pie, utilizar otros accesos cercanos al hotel. Prácticamente perfecto
La unica pega q podemos poner es la comida, no habia mucha variedad y lo q habia no tenia mucho sabor. Por lo demas todo perfecto
