Ideal
Han hecho una sorprendente renovación. En 2020 estaba a mitad de precio, supongo que por a pandemia. La comida estaba increíble, el personal majsimo, mucha espera en los ascensores, recomiendo que pongan un tercer ascensor fuera sin necesidad de tocar la estructura. Todo estaba muy limpio y muy nuevo. Para repetir, si nos hacen buena oferta.

Estancia impecable
- Personal inmejorable. Atención, amabilidad, consideración de preferencias, cercanía, trato excelentes. - Instalaciones, horarios de actividades todo perfectamente planificado. Instalaciones habilitadas, sobre todo la piscina. Protocolos correctamente implementados, sobre todo de cara al uso de la piscina. - Higiene excelente. Habitaciones y todas las instalaciones súper limpias, da gusto ir por el hotel y que no sólo se vea limpio, sino oler a limpio siempre. - Quiero destacar la entrega en la animación por parte de Luke, porque ha traído en todas las noches espectáculos de gran calidad: voz, músico instrumental y danza en directo de muchísimo nivel. - Quiero aprovechar y sugerir la incorporación del espectáculo de Grial Rosa Domínguez, que estuvo en una de las noches en sustitución de otro artista. Me pareció súper profesional que trajese su propio mezclador de sonidos, que cantase repertorio internacional y que aguantase cantar una hora en directo todo seguido y del tirón con una capacidad vocal de gran nivel.

Estimada Cristina, Sentimos que hubo algunos aspectos del hotel que no fueron de su agrado, pero esperemos que haya disfrutado de sus vacaciones en Benidorm. Nuestros cocineros trabajan duramente para ofrecer una gran selección de comida de buena calidad para todos los gustos y lamentamos que la comida no haya sido de su agrado. Perfect stay will definitely return !
Just returned from a 4 day break with my 21 year old daughter. It was her first visit to Benidorm and she chose the hotel based on the photos it looked modern , clean and centrally located. We arrived after midnight due to delayed flight but were still greeted by a smiling and friendly receptionist. Our room 714 was perfect ! Comfy beds, full length mirror, seating area, kettle, fridge, large wardrobe space lots of hangers ! double walk in shower in the spacious bathroom with toiletries provided, powerful aircon which was well used in the 30+ degree heat and a free safe as we booked directly with the hotel. We ate breakfast and there was something for everyone including my fussy daughter ! Plenty of comfortable sun beds around a very clean pool area. Luggage room and shower room with towels provided at reception. Location exactly where we wanted close to all the entertainment , beach , shops etc . despite being surrounded by busy nightlife it was surprisingly quiet and did not disturb our sleep. We can’t wait to return Riudor thank you for a perfect stay.

Un todo incluido club nefasto
Contraté a un todo incluido club para tener la bebida gratis y mi sorpresa fue que para que me dieran agua embotellada la tenía que pagar aparte me dijeron que por la nueva ley no se podía dar botellas de plástico pero en el comedor y si la daban a quien pagaba y para tomarme una Coca-Cola tenía que pagar un euro de suplemento pienso que sido estafado con el todo incluido club -Las animaciones eran todas en inglés y hubo un cantante que pidió permiso a los ingleses para cantar una canción en español cuando yo creo que estamos en España -La comida del buffet era muy repetitiva -Los productos de aseo lo pusieron el primer día no lo volvieron a reponer -Todo esto lo hablé con la directora y me dijo lo que yo quería hoy pero no cambio nada no salgo nada contento del Hotel

Estimado José, Nos decepciona leer que no quedó satisfecho con su estancia en el hotel Riudor. Hemos incluido el Todo Incluido Premium en su reserva sin coste adicional y lamentamos que no estuvo contento con la selección de bebidas incluidas. Por motivos del medio ambiente, no usamos botellas de agua sino se sirve en vasos igual que otras bebidas. El agua es agua filtrada igual que en las botellas. Los refrescos incluidos en el Todo Incuido son Pepsi, Pepsi Max, Kas naranja, Kas limón, 7-up y tónica. Si quieren de otra marca se cobra un pequeño suplemento. Los amenities se pone el primer dia en la habitación como detalle de bienvenida y lamentamos que no estuvo contento con esto. Intentamos ofrecer animación para todos los gustos y lamentamos que el comentario de broma de uno de los cantantes le haya sentido mal, estamos seguros que no fue su intención y le pasaremos al cantante su comentario. La directora siempre escucha lo que opina nuestros clientes y aunque no ha podido hacer cambios durante su estancia, tendrá en cuenta sus comentarios para el futuro. Nice hotel, but staff need to cheer up!
We enjoyed our stay here and the location is perfect for the beach, entertainment, etc. Bad experience when we arrived as room smelt of cigarette smoke - reception did give us a different room. Hotel food is acceptable, wine offered was awful, but the main problem was the sour nature of the staff - surly, didn’t see a smile during the visit. Now, I am guessing that they are short-staffed and overworked, but this does not help the guest experience. So, overall, a pleasant stay but don’t expect to enjoy a joke with the staff!!
