Rio Park Benidorm
Very large hotel. Que for everything. Not enough facilities for the amount of people. Food awful most of the time cold. We would never stay here again.

Great Xmas
We stayed 4 nights over christmas. We are English but live in Spain. We have spent christmas in benidorm many times over the years. Your hotel was the best. Food, staff, rooms a d especially entertainment was FAB. We will definately be back. Thanks for a great break.

Great Christmas
This is second time weve stayed in this hotel at Christmas. We all enjoyed our stay. The rooms were great and the food is great especially Christmas gala meal. I would like to say thank you to all the staff and chefs for making our Christmas special. The entertainment was great and varied. The rooms were very clean and staff friendly. Thanks again Rio Park.

not good, not bad!
We would have given this hotel 3 and a half stars, but trip adviser doesnt do halfs, so well top it up to 4 stars! We have walked past this hotel many times and decided to give it a try. We booked direct with the hotel and paid extra for a “club service” room. On arrival. we did receive a very good complimentary bottle of wine . We had asked for a low level room, due to the numerous complaints about the lifts. We were given a room on the 2nd. Floor, with a road facing balcony, just above the staff entrance, that did not get any sun during the day at all. Also, outside the balcony there were many huge air conditioning ventilation pipes, a very noise and unpleasant view. We went straight back down to reception to ask for a better room. This certainly was not a “club service” room. We were then given a room on the 9th floor instead.! We didnt think this was a “club service” room. After 5 days of not getting any “club service” experience, we saw the English blonde receptionist, who sorted us out and we then got 2 bottles of water, cola and orange fizz, plus slippers and dressing gown. Definitely not worth the extra 100 Euros we paid. Both rooms we saw were a bit small for 4 star rooms. The free safe was a nice touch. The aircon worked well. The shower was very low pressure and the temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, it felt like every time somebody in the hotel flushed the toilet our shower went hot or cold! We spent a long time waiting for the lifts. The lifts were often jam packed to the brim, with coughing people. At breakfast times we saw people walking up and down the stairs from the top floor. Bar staff. Mostly OK , some more happy than others. Bar prices very reasonable a pint of San Miguel beer 2.95 Euros. Entertainment. Mostly good and varied, one of the hotels best features. Very comfortable lounge area and seating. Room cleaners. Very good and friendly. FOOD. The food sometimes was very good ,sometimes average, but there was always something we could find to eat. A glass of reasonable wine in the restaurant was 2 Euros which was fine by me. Friday Gala night was great. Over the years Ive stayed at many hotels in Benidorm. This one wasnt the best, it wasnt the worst, but it never gave us that feeling of, “ I cant wait to come back here” which we do get in other hotels in Benidorm.

We would like to clarify that the Double room with Club services refers to services in the room such as free safety deposit box, welcome drinks in the fridge, tea&coffee service, dressing gown etc., it is however not a different room type to other double rooms. We will forward your comments regarding the shower on to the maintenance team so it can be looked into. We are glad that you were happy overall with the entertainment available as well as the selection of food on the buffet. We hope to see you again in Benidorm and at the MedPlaya hotels. Vacaciones familiares
Estuvimos en el puente de la Constitución y estaba decorado precioso, se podía hacer fotos los niños en la entrada del comedor, la comida muy buena, el hotel genial, la ubicación también genial, nos facilitaron una cuna gratis a la llegada del hotel. Lo malo que no había animación para los niños en estas fechas, pero los animadores nos dieron un librito para pintar. En verano seguro que tiene que estar genial

Rio park stay
Ive been coming for 39 years and brought 2 friends for the first time to the rio and they loved it and will be coming back.looking forward to coming again next year.

PASAR UN FINDE BIEN
los operarios estupendos,todo enfocado a los extranjeros,comida bastante simple para ser de 4 ,despilfarro por parte de los ingleses q eran mayoria cuando estuvimos nosotros unos maleducados por lo demas bien para un finde

Esperaba otra cosa
Después de haber estado en otro hotel de la misma cadena y menos estrellas q el Río, la verdad q deja mucho q desear las 4 estrellas de este hotel. Al llegar a la habitación observamos varios insectos, tipo mosquitos con cola ... al menos matamos 10! No sabíamos de dónde salían La insonorización pésima La ducha horrible, sin presión de agua y la temperatura completamente inestable, o poco caliente Los ascensores mejor no querer cogerlos, pero cuando vas al piso 7 al menos 15 minutos de espera tienes q hacer. Animación pésima, si familiar ni infantil... Elegimos habitación familiar pensando q habría algo de separación entre una estanciahabitación y la otra, y no era así, ni coincidía con descripción de ls fotos. Lo único positivo la comida, había variedad, y la comodidad de las camas. No creo q volvamos, una lastima, ya q nos gusta mucho frecuentar Benidorm
