Hotel calypso holiday
We have been coming back for many years 21 years. 45 times and we still love the hotel calypso all of the staff are so friendly and helpful as speicaly the management staff david Eva and inga only one fault at lunch time the restaurant was closed so we had lunch in the alfresco bar which was very busy

Family holiday
Stayed for 2 weeks did all inclusive great for the kids food was ok most days for most of the family being fussy eaters room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels would recommend this hotel

ALMUERZOS DE DESASTRE
He puesto solo un corazón en la comida porque es servicio de Almuerzo los días que hemos estado ha sido un desastre. Nos pusieron en el comedor exterior y no había comida para comer, los dos días de almuerzo un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que podíamos entrar a comer y la sorpresa es que faltaba de todo y no pudimos comer mas que las pocas sobras que quedaban. Al día siguiente bajamos antes y paso lo mismo cuando se acaba no reponen y volvimos a comer fatal. las cenas bien sin mas. Siento poner este comentario porque otras veces hemos ido y la verdad que bien pero esta ha sido un desastre en los almuerzos, no deberían ni cobrarnos ese servicio porque no lo ha habido y si lo habíamos pagado.

Habitación familiar superior
Fantástico hotel, habitación ámplia con terraza. Personal muy amable y atento. Por poner una pega, el comedor masificado,pero es normal, con lo grande que es el hotel. Sin duda,repetiremos.

Great hotel
Just had great week at calypso. Reception staff very good especially Inga who looked after us b4 during and after stay. Rooms are big and no noise which was nice. Food was good but could be better. Big problem and is weird 1st time we seen this is everybody was quing and it was massive que. I never had any main mails as did not want to walk up and get pice of chicken or just an egg. Incase it caused English riot. Needs to be addressed. Some of younger bar staff need a course on how too smile and connect with customers as they where miserable. Drinks fantastic and was branded on normal AI. Everything was great. 1 thing I would mention and loads of people we spoke too said the music was horrendously loud all though the day and heavy music. We did ask few times to have just background music but after half an hour up it went. Thats only 2 things I would say where not ok. But all in all fantastic value all inc holiday great location 90 of all staff great. Would recommend this hotel for sure

Hemos pasado unos días geniales, el personal de animación, sobre todo Adri, Marta, Cristian y Sandra han hecho de nuestras vacaciones una diversión constante con todas las actividades y espectáculos, muy agradables y encantadores con todos los clientes.

Muy bien
Un gran hotel para pasar unas magníficas vacaciones,con un gran equipo de profesionales dirigidos por su magnífico y antento director , la Rosario jefa del comedor ,las chicas de la limpieza ,las de habitaciones,los profesionales del Pool Bar,animadoras etc, todos en general os mereceis un diez.
