Stayed one week June 2018
This was our second visit with our Grandchildren in two years. The food is excellent with lots of variety and choices. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. The bed were not very comfortable which resulted in a bad back for bothe me and my wife. The entertainment could have been a lot better if the dancers were not laughing and joking with each other whilst performing serious dancesroutines. we thought that the hotel allowing large inflatables in gthe shallow part of the pool was dangerous, we voiced our concerns after our three year old grandaighter had gone under one twice, The life guard just said it was the rules and it was parents responsibilty. I had to pull one child out of the pool, the guards were texting on tehir phones a lot and not paying the rightful attention. All this said it would not stop another visit as it is only a very small part of a very good hotel.

Sadly would never return
We had paid for a club room for two days only to be ejected from the club area on the 25th floor Extremely embarrassing we went to reception and were told we were allowed up there The room was lovely and comfortable and the food was nice but after the embarrassment we endured I would never return

Hotel is very good staff very friendly only fault was the hardness of beds but overall enjoyed our stay

My stay at the flamingo oasis
When booking was asked if I had any requirements did ask for a low floor for my grandson because at 2 and a half they climb but got put on the 9th floor much to high and not very much in the way of kids games at the kids club having to be six Years old to take part but overall had a good time but dont really know if I will come back again with a young child

The reception staff will always do all they can to accommodate our guests requests, however, this is subject to availability and we are sorry that it was not possible on this occasion. The Medkids entertainment is for children aged 6-12 but it is usually not a problem if younger children want to join in as long as they are accompanied by an adult at all times. Would go back
Really enjoyed my time at the flamingo oasis hotel. All inclusive was good but every night was similar so we ate out a few times. Pool area and rooms are always kept tidy. I would recommend this hotel and I plan on going back in the future.

lovely break as usual, stayed many times and any areas that needed improving seem to have been addressed. bit busy with children so refuge of solarium was welcome. Staff lovely and helpful as usual.
