Animación
Hemos estado en este hotel en varias ocasiones y notamos varias deficiencias en el mismo, la más importante es la animación. Practicante nula para adultos y directamente no hay para los más pequeños, nuestra hija nos pedía ir a este hotel por la animación en las mismas fechas del año. Hotel regente era nuestro hotel de referencia en Benidorm. Una pena, buscaremos alternativas

Not a 4 star hotel
We stayed for 6 nights in October. The rooms are tiny with a small balcony. The plastic table and chairs on balcony are old and dirty. The bed is very comfortable and we slept well. We had half board, and both the breakfast and dinner are prefabricated fat English dishes. Few other selections. WIFI in the room is very poor.

Very Good stay
this is the second time I have used this hotel it is clean and the staff are excellent, the food was extensive well prepared and presented. The main negative point has to be there are only two very small elevators which at busy times is not enough. Prices have also shot up in the past 12 months

Nice hotel
We have stayed here on numerous occasions. The hotel is lovely and the staff are always helpful and pleasant The only downside is the cooked food is never hot no matter what time you go to eat

Great place to stay
A very comfortable hotel with all necessary facilities. Gala dinner on Friday was excellent. Other days always a wide selection of very nice food. Only downside for us was the location as we have walking problems but we could have hired a mobility scooter, but not ready for that yet! Reception staff, especially Juan, very helpful. All in all a nice hotel, good pool area, friendly staff.

Regente
I have stayed in the Regente many times over last 10 years , hotel is beautiful, staff are exceptionally helpful , Juan on the front desk is so lovelyfriendly and helpful at all times, maids are lovely and accommodating, restaurant staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, food is 5 star quality, pool area immaculate life guards and snack van staff lovely , love my stays here always a pleasure.Would and have recommended this hotel to many people and will continue to do so… Thanks again for a wonderful holiday see you next year x

Buenas vacaciones
Todo muy bien en general, el trato de todo el personal muy bueno, la ubicación es muy buena respecto a la playa más cercana y los espectáculos son muy entretenidos. Por poner una pega la almohada era muy dura, pero la limpieza y la habitación eran muy buenas.

Best Hotel in Benidorm
Weve been coming to the Regente for many, many years now, wouldnt stay anywhere else, the food, staff and cleanliness is exceptional. Frida the Service Manager was extremely helpful, looking forward to our next visit.
